Sponsored Giveaway! Courtesy Of Brace Yourself Boutique!

We have a few sponsored giveaway's for you this week, so let's start the first one off on a positive note! This giveaway comes courtesy of Brace Yourself Boutique, and it is right up my alley! I always talk about the power of thought and positive affirmations, and now you can wear them on your wrists as a constant reminder!

The winner will receive one bracelet of her choice [options are: Peace, Love, Joy, Faith]!  - The giveaway is open to all subscribers of the blog, and will run until August 23rd 11:59PM [winner will be announced 24th]

About The Artist:
My Story:  I started designing jewelry in 2000 due to the lack of "boho" or untraditional designs in retail stores. I could never find what I was looking for, so I decided to start designing my own jewelry.  While wearing my designs many of my co-workers and girlfriends took notice and began asking me to make jewelry for them as well.  So I began taking custom orders, frequenting bead stores, collecting various beads, and designing when the mood struck me.  I soon had several designs filling up my studio and I had no way to get rid of them.  In May of 2007 I decided to participate in my first marketplace to sell my jewelry.  The marketplace was a success and soon after Brace Yourself Boutique was born!  I've since participated in numerous marketplaces, trade shows, and craft fairs.  I've also created a seasonal women's shopping soiree'  (Sip n' Shop, Girls Night Out) to showcase women designers, and business owners.

My Inspiration:  I'm inspired by many things...seasons, travel, love, fashion, nature, and daring, funky, and bohemian chic women.

My Mission: My goal is to create funky, colorful, and untraditional bohemian style jewelry that goes beyond the changing trends.  I like creating pieces that are timeless, and can be worn today or 10 years from now.

My life:  I am a mother to a wonderful and super inquisitive 9 year old son named Myles, and wife to a very intelligent yet comical husband named Dion.

My advice:  Why are you trying so hard to fit in when you were born to stand out?

  7. If I were to win I would choose the "Faith" bracelet. Simply because within faith falls hope and hope is believing all things will come together. My faith is dearly strong to me and of course God has blessed me to Love and find peace and joy through this earthly life we live all due to faith=)

  8. If I win, i would choose the "peace" bracelet. This is because although this year has been rough for me, the only thing that keeps me going is knowing that God has promised me peace despite all.

  9. If I win I would choose the peace bracelet. It would be a physical reminder of my mantra, I guess you could call it, while trying to get my spirit in better shape and find some peace of mind.

  10. If I win this giveaway, I would choose to be reminded of "Love" by selecting the love affirmation bracelet. Life is so full of stuff! I tend to miss things and lose out on perfect opportunities to show my love and care for people and all things around me. The everyday monotny of life has sometimes swallowed me up, but my sons and my husband always reel back in, this bracelet will be my all day reminder...God wants us to see love in everything, and I want to make sure I am doing just that.

  14. Faith. Because I've found out that faith is the beginning of every venture.
I've had to build my faith. Beginning with the belief in my self, that one action will lead to another, faith in the others.
Sometimes still to day, I urge myself to have faith, believe that something is possible. I just think having an ornamental representative of that mantra to be a beautiful and strengthening concept.

  15. I'd choose the "Love" bracelet. It is the foundation for every other word on the others. I'd want the "Peace" one, too, but it'd be kind of hard to keep it on my arm, considering it's my daughter's name, and she is a literate 5 year old who LOVES ANYTHING with her name on it...

  16. Im torn between faith and peace, but I would go with faith because I have been going through a lot lately and honestly feel like God is testing me. I have faith that I am going through this for a reason, and he has a purpose for it.

  18. Hey Nikole,

If I'm the lucky winner, I would definetly choose the peace bracelet. By wearing this bracelet, I would be inspired to relax and recollect my thoughts every time I look at it. This bracelet would encourage me to focus on the important things in life that brings me peace.

I've committed my life to track and field, putting all of my energy and time into it. It is definetly a mentally draining sport, and it so easy to lose sight of your goals and to get discouraged. When I saw the peace bracelet I thought about having a 'peace of mind'. Once you have that in your life, everything else seems to fall into place...

  20. I love this line! I would choose "faith" between "faith" and "joy" because I need to constantly trust in God to get me through this life. People always tell me I have so much faith so I think it would be cool to wear my faith even more visibly :)

  21. If I am the winner I would like the Love bracelet. I think it symbolizes what I try to remember everyday. That God loves me, that I love me, and that i love all of God's creations. These are part of my daily affirmations and I would love this bracelet as a reminder.

  25. Hello!
If I'm the blessed winner, I would choose FAITH!! My faith is what sustains me. It keeps me going when I feel like giving up. My FAITH in God and HIS promises keeps from day to day.

  26. If I won the giveaway, I would choose the LOVE bracelet. Love is proven to be so multi-dimensional and over the past 5 years, I learned that loving myself first and foremost is so important to allowing peace in my heart, keeping faith in my God, and bring joy in my life and those around me.

  27. I'd choose the PEACE bracelet as a reminder for what I want to maintain within at all times and in all places.

    ReplyDelete
  28. I would choose "FAITH"

    Because without it...what are we?

    ReplyDelete
  29. If I won the giveaway, I would definitely choose the faith bracelet. Faith is one of the most important beliefs I have because without it, I would not be able to follow my dreams. I hope to become a veterinarian one day and it is a long road. By having this bracelet, it would symbolize my dream and how my faith will be tested, but always to remember to never give up. I would wear this bracelet everyday and all throughout vet school as a reminder to believe in myself when others do not.

  30. If I won, I would choose peace. Peace of mind, peace of heart...one of God's greatest blessings!

  31. If I were to win, I would choose "Love". Love is the root of all positive actions.

  32. I would pick peace because that is my daughter's middle name and when their is peace everything is in its place

  33. These are super cute and though I'd love to wear them all, if I were to choose one, it would definately be 'Love'. Reason: I've been on an amazing journey throughout the past few years. Stemming from a desire to learn, Love and understand 'me' better, my journey has taught me to embrace all of the experiences placed in front of me (the positive and the challenges). The biggest underlying theme has been: I am Love; everyone is Love. When I began to understand that I am Love and that I am 'innately good,' my perception of this voyage we call life changed tremendously. I now know that because of Love, I am the creator of my destiny. I'm filled with magnitudes of positivity, appreciation, confidence and patience these days. I've learned that Love is more than just a feeling you can have for a friend, family member or signifcant other. It's a divine presence, a way of life that can only lead to contentment. I've learned that we are all on this Earth to serve a great purpose and that Love will bring out great potential in every person, no matter his/her circumstances. With that said :)... I'd Love to win the 'Love' bracelet. When people comment on how cute it is, I'll prbly reply: 'Thanks... Love is a beautiful thing'.

  34. When making a choice, my choice went straight to the faith bracelet.
The meaning of the word is so powerful that I would like to bear it always with me.
I have also alot perseverance in everything what I do. Faith certainly plays a role.

  35. If I won, I choose Faith, because without it it's impossible to please God. Through Faith comes Joy, Peace and Love! : )

    ReplyDelete
  36. If I won, I would choose 'faith' because it is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. It allows us to move forward into unknown territory and to keep pursuing our dreams.

    ReplyDelete
  37. I would choose faith because mine is unwavering. More importantly, I like the lowercase letters she used (:

  38. While they are all the fruit of the spirit, the "Peace" bracelet is the one I would choose (first)....because in all that I do, I seek peace...if I don't have peace concerning a situation, it's harder for me to activate faith, harder to show/feel love, and there is simply no joy. So, I choose to seek peace first!

    ReplyDelete
  39. If I win, I would definitely choose "joy" because I had a period in my life when I couldn't find the happiness inside me because of depression... Now little by little, I try to enjoy life which is very important!

    ReplyDelete
  40. Faith because with faith anything is possible!
